Pomodoro Focus Timer is made by one person: me, Alex. Every message lands in my own inbox, and I read all of them.
What you can write to me about
- A bug. Tell me what happened, on which device and browser, and what you expected instead. A screenshot helps a lot.
- A translation mistake. The site exists in 14 languages; if a sentence sounds wrong in yours, I want to fix it.
- An idea. Many features came from emails. Tell me how you work and what is missing.
- Schools and teachers. If you use the classroom timer with your students, I'd love to hear what would make it better.
- Press and partnerships. Happy to answer questions about the project.
Before you write
Your tasks, statistics and settings are stored in your browser, not on a server, and there is no account. That means I cannot see or recover them for you: use the export button in the Stats panel to keep a copy, and import it on another device.
How long it takes
I usually answer within a few days. As I work alone, it can take a little longer during busy weeks. Thanks for your patience.
Your email address is only used to reply to you. It is never shared, never added to a mailing list, and I delete our conversation on request. More in the privacy policy.
